About Key Metrics Scores:
Key Metrics scores are derived for Tag Scores but offer a few additional features. Key Metrics allow you to:
- Apply an outcome set to each Tag Score
- 'Critical Fail' a check if a Tag Score fails
- Replace the overall score of the check with the value of a single Tag Score (similar to weighted scoring). This means that you can score questions within the checklist, which enables question-level trending in IntouchIntelligence while limiting the questions that actually contribute to the overall score.
- Highlight Tag Scores selected as Key Metrics when looking at individual visits in IntouchIntelligence or PDFs.
Implementing Key Metrics on Checklists:
1) Navigate to IntouchCheck -> Manage Checklists and create/open the checklist containing questions you would like to apply Key Metrics to.
2) Implement Tag Scores for your checklist.
3) Once you have applied your tags, select the 'Key Metrics' icon from the side menu.
4) Use the 'Create' button to add Ket Metrics to your checklist. For each Key Metric
Select the Tag used to generate the score
Select the Outcome Set you want to apply to the Key Metric
Determine if the Key Metric is critical to passing the checklist
Determine if the 'Overall' score should be calculated using this key metric as a replacement
5) That's it. As new audits are created and submitted, the Key Metrics will be presented on the submitted Checks in IQ. Optionally, you can configure your PDF Settings to include Key Metrics.
