Download a Checklist

IntouchCheck allows users to complete checks while they are online or offline.

In order to access available checklists when working in offline mode, you must download the checklist(s) to the device you will be using to complete the check. The checklist is then stored on that device. You can only download checklists while you are online.

To download a checklist:

1)  Navigate to IntouchCheck.

2) From the 'In Progress' perform checks listing, select 'Check Now' (or Start Check).

• You must select a location so that the list of applicable checklists is available

3) Open the drop-down menu for 'Which Checklist would you like to use?'. 

4) Click/Tap the download icon for each checklist that you will be using offline

If you are using more than one device when completing your checks, be sure to download the checklist(s) on all devices.

Checklists that are stored locally can be deleted from the device by following the same process and selecting the trash can icon.
