All completed/approved checks can be viewed in the Intouch Insight Platform, IntouchIntelligence (IQ).
To navigate to your reports from any other product, click on the product navigation icon found in the header of the page you are viewing.
In the Intouch Insight Platform, you will be brought to the Overview page. Once in the Intouch Insight Platform, there are a few ways to access records.
On the right-hand side of the Overview page you will see a list of all of your IntouchCheck programs.
From here, you can click into the program to see its overview as well as submitted checks. A list of recently submitted checks will be shown at the bottom. You can click on each record to see the responses to the completed check.
Another way to access Check records is by looking at the "Last Records Received" widget on the overview page. Here you can click on the record you want to view.
Another way to access records is by heading into the records tab from the left-hand side navigation menu.
From here, select "Check Records". By default, all check records received in the past 30 days will be shown. You can use filters to expand the look-back period, or filter by program, etc.
Users will only see data for the locations to which they have access.
