Followup created
When a notification group is set on the checklist, all users with access to the location will receive a notification when a followup is created. If no notification group is set, no email is sent.
Followup assigned
When a follow up is assigned, a notification is sent to the assignee and to any user who has already commented on the followup (excluding the user who assigned the followup).
Followup updated
When a followup is updated (e.g. Due date is set), a notification is sent to the assignee and to any user who has already commented on the followup (excluding the user who updated the followup).
Followup new comment
When a photo or comment is added to a followup, a notification is sent to the assignee and to any user who has already commented on the followup (excluding the user who add the comment/photo).
Followup overdue
When a followup is not resolved or closed by the due date, a notification is sent to the assignee.
