If you need a particular check to be completed, for example, every day, every Monday, once per month, etc., you can set up a schedule on the checklist.
If a scheduled check is not completed and submitted by the due date it is considered incomplete, and can no longer be accessed by checkers.
To view the list of incomplete checks, users must be an admin user or be added to the Check Approval and Assignment permission.
Users will only see incomplete checks for locations to which they have access.
To look for incomplete checks, navigate to IntouchCheck.
Click on Check Management in the navigation menu; you will land on the Approval page. Click on the Incomplete tab to see all checks that were not completed before the due date/time.
Click on the checklist or due date column header in the list to sort the checks on the page.
