If you find that the provided followup lists do not allow you to locate your critical followups efficiently, you can also create your own 'Custom Lists'.
- When viewing the Followups page in IntouchCheck, click on the '+' icon beside 'Custom Lists'.
2. When the pop-up appears, click on 'Modify Filters' in the lower-left corner.
3. Select the Filters from the list that wish to include in your saved list.
4. Click 'Save Filters'.
5. Input a name for your list, then click 'Create List'.
6. You can now access this list directly at any point under the 'Custom Lists' section of the left panel.
