Followups are only available online; they cannot be viewed when you are working in offline mode.
To view the Followups Dashboard, navigate to IntouchCheck.
Click on Followups in the side navigation menu (desktop) or from the bottom navigation menu (mobile). You will, by default, land on the Followups Dashboard.
The default date filter for the dashboard is Past 30 days, however, this can be adjusted using the date filter setting in the upper right.
The dashboard will make it easier for users to manage followups by:
- Tracking how many of the followups that were created in the specified time frame are in open, resolved, or canceled status
- Calculating the average time it takes to resolve a followup after it is created
- Providing a line graph showing followup activity over time
- Listing the 5 locations that generate the most followups
- Listing the 5 most overdue followups
- Listing the 5 questions that generate the most followups
The data shown in the Followups Dashboard reflects activity in the time frame that is specified in the filter.
