Followups are only available online; they cannot be viewed when you are working in offline mode.
To view followups that have been created, navigate to IntouchCheck.
Click on Followups in the navigation menu. You will, by default, land on the Followups Dashboard.
To view a followup list, or access individual followup, click on the appropriate list option from the left panel (Assigned to Me, Open, Due, etc).
Users only see followups within each list for the locations to which they have access.
If a notification group is specified in the general checklist settings, users who A) have access to the location and B) belong to the specified group will receive a notification when a followup is created.
To view a followup so that you can see all details, comments, and the individual record for the check, click on the followup within the list.
When viewing a followup, you can manage and edit all aspects of the followup, including assigning, setting a due date, and updating the status.

In the left-hand frame, you will see the followup Overview and Details.
Comments & Record View
The right-side frame will, by default, display the Comments view.

At the top of the right-hand frame, click on Check to view the completed check in the right-hand frame. Click on Comments to return to the Comments view. |
In the Comments interface, click in the New Comment field to add a comment, on the camera icon to add a photo, on on the paperclip to add documents.
Then click on the Comment button to save your changes.
When a comment or photo is added, a notification is sent to the assignee, as well as any user who previously commented on the followup (but not to the user who is updating the followup).
Comments/photos that have been added to a followup are visible in the Comments view and can be sorted in ascending or descending order based on the date they were added.
