Checkers will use the Start Check feature in the IntouchCheck App to choose the location they will be checking and the checklist they will be using.
With this feature, checks can be:
- Started at the location or prior to going to the location
- Self-scheduled, to be completed at a later date
To start or self-schedule a new check, navigate to IntouchCheck.
By default, you will land on the 'In Progress' listing within Check.
Depending on whether or not you have any 'In-progress Checks', click on 'Check Now' or 'Start Check' to begin.
Click on 'Check Now' | Click on 'Start Check' |
Then:
- Select the Location you will be checking and the Checklist you will be using.
- Click on Start Check.
The checklist will open, and you can proceed with the check, or you can return to the In Progress list at a later time.
If you would like to self-schedule a check for a future date, select a scheduled date when you are starting the check.
You can view your scheduled checks on your To Do list in the app.

If you are going to be working in offline mode you must log into Check while you are still online; do not log out of the app on your device.
When you are in offline mode, only checklists you have downloaded to your device will be available in the Checklists drop down menu.
You will not be able to submit a completed check while you are working in offline mode. Your progress will automatically save to the device you are using.
You can submit the completed check after you have reconnected to the Internet.
