Question Features
Questions may offer additional instructions.
- Admin users can leave additional instructions on questions to help ensure that the checker has all the information they need to evaluate the question correctly.
- If a question has a green question mark, this icon signifies that this question has additional instructions. To view the instructions, click the green question mark, and the instructions will appear on the screen.
Questions may be optional or required.
- Optional: These questions are considered optional, and answering them is not necessary to complete the check. An optional question will be indicated with an "Optional" caption next to the question.
- Required: You must answer these questions to submit the check.
Note: Choosing N/A or Cannot Audit serves as an answer to the question where relevant.
Questions may require a photo submission.
- Checkers can upload photos to support their answers to any question as needed. An optional photo upload option is present in every question of the checklist.
- A required photo requires the checker to upload a picture based on the question asked, and the question cannot be completed without it. A photo-required question will have a red exclamation mark.
Questions may require a comment
- An optional comment option is present in every question of the checklist. This gives the checker the option to add any thoughts or observations to that particular answer for further review or for the next checker to view while they complete their next check.
- A required comment indicates that the checker must comment on the question asked, and the question cannot be completed without it. A required comment will have a red exclamation mark.
Flag for a Followup
