- Enter details/information in an open text field, with multi-line responses also available
- Upload one or more photos and/or add a comment.
The following features/fields are available when setting up a Text question:
Text Input: |
Enter the Text Input... in other words, your question text.
Hide From Reporting: | If you do not want the question to be visible in IQ to all users, click the Hide From Reporting slider. Only users with permission to view hidden fields will be able to view the question.
Photo Required: | Click on the slider to ensure that a photo submission is required as input for this question.
Allow "Not Applicable" and "Cannot Check" Responses: | Click on the slider to enable not applicable and cannot check if the question is not always applicable for a location or checker.
Allow multi-line responses: | Click the slider to activate a larger text box to support lengthier comments.
Tags: | When tags have been applied to a question on a checklist or survey, you can choose to view the questions on the individual record reports in “Order by Tag”, rather than the default “Order by Section”. Select the Tags you would like to apply to this question.
Logic: | If the question should hide/show based on the response to a question on your checklist, or based on a node, attribute, or tag that has been applied to the location node, click on Add Logic to set up the conditions for the skip pattern.
Additional Instructions: | If you have any Additional Instructions the checkers should be aware of when making the observation, provide them here. The checker can then click to see the information on the form while they are completing the check. |
|
Add Example Photo: | You can also Add an Example Photo to provide the checker with a visual representation they can refer to while completing the check. |
|
Click on Save when you are done configuring your question.
